Customisation is limited to the product you order; therefore, certain products will have options for fabrics and leg finishes where as others will not.

Our frames come with 10 years' worth of guarantee to ensure our customers are really satisfied.

When you click on the product you acquire you will see underneath the product information regarding the product specifications, when you take these into account you will know the height, width and depth.

Now simply measure the height and width of your doorway, hallway or stairs at their narrowest points and compare with the product height and width, which will give you the information you need to know.

In the event where you will need to take the product in a lift be sure to measure the height, width and depth of the lift and compare this with the products height, width and depth to determine a fit.

All our products are handmade and put through an excruciating testing process in our studio. We first design the prototype, test it, and then if it passes the criteria, will be sent out for production.

Yes, we offer free swatches, this way you can get a feel of the fabric you are buying as well as compare how well it will fit in with your current decor (see our swatches page for more information)

We do provide a collection and disposal service for your old sofas and if you would like to have your old sofas removed at the time you take delivery of your new items please email us at orders@sofasandsleep.com There is a flat charge of £60 for this service. The products would need to be on a like for like basis.

Unfortunately, we don't have a showroom. However, our free swatches give you a view of the options available and the product pictures on our website have a true likeness to the products themselves.

Yes! After proof of the items return, and after checking the furniture for any damage, we will award back the money paid to us to the original payee.

If you no longer want your order, you are permitted to 28 days in order to let us know via writing and we will collect the furniture from you and a refund will be given in full.

Orders & Delivery


You will be able to see the status of your order via your account on Sofas and Sleep, you will also get an order confirmation email, which should have the information on your delivery.

There are not any additional charges for delivery, be assured delivery is completely free.

If you are having trouble logging into your account, do not be alarmed, this can be rectified easily.
Just go to the login page, click on the forgotten password link and reset your password. This should now allow you to access your account.
However, if this is not the case, contact us and we will sort out the issue as soon as possible.

We do not charge you for delivery, this is one of the perks of purchasing a sofa from us, we deliver for free.
